Bhaskar is the Founder and Director of Bhaskar Homes, a Bangalore-based real estate company built on the principles of trust, transparency, professionalism, and long-term relationships.

With a strong academic background in technology and practical experience in the real estate industry, Bhaskar brings together analytical thinking, operational discipline, and a client-first approach to the business.

He holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from Bangalore University, where he completed his degree with First Class Distinction, and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Cambridge Institute of Technology. His academic background has helped him develop strong analytical, technological, and problem-solving skills.

Bhaskar began his professional journey in the real estate industry in Bangalore, gaining one year of valuable experience with a reputed real estate company. This experience provided him with practical exposure to property transactions, rental services, client management, and the day-to-day functioning of the real estate industry.

He later spent one year as a Partner at Ashiana Properties, where he further strengthened his expertise in real estate operations, rental management, property consultancy, property management, and client relationships.

Drawing from this experience, Bhaskar founded Bhaskar Homes with a clear vision: to create a professional and dependable real estate brand that simplifies the property journey for clients and delivers a seamless experience from start to finish.

As Founder and Director, Bhaskar leads the company's strategic direction, business operations, client relationships, and service standards. His approach is centered on understanding each client's unique requirements and delivering practical, transparent, and reliable real estate solutions.
